We loved the hotel's location as it was in close proximity to both pub street and old market. Transportation was convenient with local taxis available. The staff were amazing, helpful, and kind. The breakfast was very good with a lot of options to choose from.

The hotel is located very conveniently near the old market and pub street, making it easy to access the local attractions by local taxi. the rooms are quite spacious and beautifully decorated with Khmer art. the breakfast is excellent with many tasty options.
The spa facilities are a bit limited and could use some improvement.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They offered great recommendations for places to visit and eat. the room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and modern amenities. the pool area was a highlight, with a stunning design and plenty of space to relax. We also appreciated the free airport shuttle and the hotel's central location, which made it easy to explore the area.
this was more than made up for by the excellent service and facilities at the hotel.

The spacious and clean room was a great plus during my stay. I also enjoyed the beautiful surroundings of the hotel and the friendly attitude of the staff. The key location was perfect for my city break with easy access to the main area.
I was disappointed that the promised breakfast was not available as advertised. to that, the service was slow, and the lack of hot water was definitely a downside.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights and it exceeded our expectations. the luxurious room was spacious, clean and stylishly decorated. the exclusive amenities were very fulfilling, especially the swimming pool and the private facilities. the restaurant had a wide selection of delicious dishes and the outdoor dining area was perfect for relaxing. the hotel is located in a quiet area that suited our desire for peace, but still close enough to the main area with a short tuk-tuk ride.
The only minor issue we encountered was the layout of the luxury double-room. It seemed a bit odd and not very functional for our needs.
